Directs the organization's financial planning, control and reporting functions by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers:  Manages all Accounting personnel. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.  Establish and maintain an integrated financial plan of operation consistent with the Company’s goals and objectives, both short and long term, analyzed and revised as required, communicated to all levels of management, with appropriate systems and procedures installed.  Design, establish, and maintain general and cost accounting systems at all company levels to properly record all financial transactions in the books of accounts and records in accordance with sound accounting principles with adequate internal control.
Education: Professional accreditation as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required. Seven years accounting related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in manufacturing environment and in public accounting is highly valued. Skills: Proficient oral and written communication skills, including ability to listen, process information, then re-communicate instruction and direction in one-on-one and group settings. Able to meet deadlines, establish appropriate priorities, and get the job done in a timely manner.
